Very good kitchen!

We went to the restaurant opening in Oct. 20. We were alone in the restaurant! After 15 minutes our drinks order was taken and only after we had the drinks we got the menu. Then it took another 30 minutes until all of the food came. (Ges. After 1h). Unfortunately, we were not served by well-trained staff. While we were there they only asked for a drink after the meal. So we refused. We would have preferred during the meal. The portions were quite small compared to the price. It tasted good. When paying, WE SHOULD write down what we ate. We refused and were cashed in by a very disgruntled employee (probably in a higher position). Even if several customers come, you cannot assume that one person will pay for everything. We won't come again.

Reserved a table in the restaurant. But if you have to wait 1 hour for food that tastes cold or burnt, that's really sad. We had to go outside in between to have fresh air, since corona is apparently a foreign word there. The alleged ventilation system does not seem to work because the air was cut. And there were so many guests in this room that there was no hygiene concept for me. I hope for us that we get out of this thing healthy.

Central location. Stylish rooms, in and around the hotel creates a great atmosphere. Only the non-existent shower (bathtub with half-sided flap door) and the fluctuating hot water temperature) were not satisfactory. Room price already above average.

Right at the town hall. Restaurant good. However, a menu is just a note? Can be shameful for such a noble inn.

Tasteful large rooms. Very nice. The staff are very friendly. However, very soft mattresses that I was unable to sleep on. Loud sound of a kind of ventilation that forced me to close the windows, making it very stuffy. Disinfectant against bacteria on the tables. When I asked if they had anything against viruses, they said, we only have that. At the breakfast buffet, the dishes are open and self-service. The spit guard is so small and high that it doesn't protect anything.

Lunch was very good and the salad was the very best

Very nice rooms, tastefully decorated, large and clean, you feel comfortable here. The restaurant with terrace on the market square is highly recommended. Fine dining at a fair price. However, you have to be patient.

Ordered a table at short notice and received it without any problems. Staff very friendly and the food great. Price-performance ratio absolutely fine. We love to come back.

Very neat and clean. Great breakfast, good beds, cozy room, clean and tidy bathroom, minibar and flat screen TV. Everything great. Only the church tower bell next door is a bit annoying. But the hotel can't do anything about that. ?

Although not yet officially open, we were allowed to take a seat in the restaurant in the bad weather, thank you for that. Otherwise we felt very comfortable in the cozy atmosphere of the guest room. The food and the greeting from the kitchen in advance were all very tasty. Big compliments to the cook! The service was very attentive and discreet and did its best to ensure that I and my companion had a very nice evening. PS: I had received the restaurant as a recommendation from the tourist information in Kamenz

Friendly staff but very dated hotel

Great hotel with a lot of history. Everything tip-top clean and upscale. Of course you can tell that the hotel has grown over the centuries. The paths to the rooms are winding, stairs up and down. But that also has its charm. The associated restaurant is also very good value for money. I would love to come back.

Very good food, we were very satisfied!

Nice small hotel in a nics small city. Very different from big city hotels. Clean, well equipped, kind staff, nice breakfast. There is a government office just opposite it, and also a church very close. Both have their bells and you hear the bells every quarter of an hour. I liked it, I was born in an area where bells were ringing all the time. Bur might be too much for someone else :)

One of the best hotel in Kamenz. The food in the restaurant was delicious but very expensive.
